पंजाब कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू करतारपुर साहिब पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने वाहे गुरू के दर्शन किए. जिसके बाद नवजोत सिद्धू ने पाकिस्तानी पीएम इमरान खान से करीबी का हवाला दिया. उन्होंने पीएम इमरान खान को अपना बड़ा भाई बताया, सिद्धू ने कहा, "इमरान ने मुझे बहुत प्यार दिया है." पाकिस्तान पहुंचकर नवजोत सिद्धू पाकिस्तानी अफसरों से मिले, जहां पर उनके स्वागत में उनपर फूल बरसाए गए और गुलाब की माला पहनाकर स्वागत किया गया है. सिद्धू ने कहा, "पंजाब की तकदीर बदलनी है तो व्यापार का रास्ता चुनना होगा, साथ ही उन्होंने भारत पाकिस्तान के रिश्तों का भी जिक्र किया और कहा, "दोनों देशों को खरबों रुपये का नुकसा हो रहा है.
