चुनावी बिसात सज चुकी है. तैयारियां पूरी हो चुकी हैं. प्रचार का शोर थम चुका है और अब 24 घंटे से भी कम बचे हैं. जब उत्तर प्रदेश में दूसरे चरण की वोटिंग होनेवाली है और 55 सीटों पर उम्मीदवारों की किस्मत EVM में कैद होनेवाली है. पहले चरण में पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के 10 जिलों की 58 सीटों पर वोट पड़े थे तो दूसरे चरण में 9 जिलों की 55 सीटों पर मतदादाता अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल करेंगे.
The second phase of voting is about to take place in Uttar Pradesh and the fate of the candidates in 55 seats is going to be imprisoned in the EVM. In the first phase, votes were cast in 58 seats in 10 districts of western Uttar Pradesh, while in the second phase, voters will exercise their franchise in 55 seats in 9 districts.
