कोरोना महामारी की दूसरी लहर के झटके के बावजूद भारतीय कंपनियों ने शानदार प्रदर्शन किया है. एक सर्वे में कहा गया है कि महामारी के झटके के बावजूद भारतीय कंपनियां इस साल अपने कर्मचारियों के वेतन में औसतन 8.8 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी करेंगी. वहीं अगले साल यानी 2022 में वेतन बढ़ोतरी 9.4 फीसदी रहेगी. एऑन के मंगलवार को जारी 26वें वार्षिक वेतन बढ़ोतरी सर्वे के अनुसार, 2022 को लेकर ज्यादातर कंपनियां आशान्वित हैं. अगले साल 98.9 प्रतिशत कंपनियां अपने कर्मचारियों के वेतन में बढ़ोतरी करेंगी. वहीं 2021 में 97.5 फीसदी कंपनियों ने कर्मचारियों का वेतन बढ़ाने की बात कही है.
