चंडीगढ़ में एक अनोकी लाइब्रेरी इन दिनों चर्चा में है. इस लाइब्रेरी से कोई भी मुफ्त में किताबें ले सकता है. जिन किताबों की जरूरत न हो वो इस लाइब्रेरी में दान की जा सकती है. खास बात ये भी है कि ये लाइब्रेरी किसी इमारत में नहीं बल्कि सड़क किनारे ही मौजूद है. ये कोशिश छोटी है, लेकिन एक नई सोच की शुरुआत जरूर है. वक्त के साथ ऐसी छोटी छोटी कोशिशें एक बड़े बदलाव का आगाज हो सकती हैं.
