महिलाओं में क्यों बढ़ती जा रही हैं दिल की बीमारियां, जानिए

फरवरी 2023 में गुजरात के भावनगर में एक 24 साल की दुल्हन को शादी के मंडप में दिल का दौरा पड़ा और उसकी मौत हो गई. ना पहले कोई दिल की बीमारी और ना कोई दूसरी हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम. बस अचानक हार्ट अटैक आया जो उसकी सांसों की डोर तोड़ गया. लेकिन ये कोई इकलौता मामला नहीं है. देश में हार्ट अटैक से मरने वाली महिलाओं की तादाद लाखों में है. बल्कि चिन्ता इस बात से है कि महिलाओं में दिल की बीमारी के मामले तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं. कभी ये सोच थी कि पुरुषों की तुलना में महिलाओं को हार्ट अटैक कम आते हैं, लेकिन नई स्टडी से सच्चाई सामने आई है कि महिलाओं के लिए खतरा ज्यादा बड़ा है.
