देश में एक बड़ा तबका ऐसा है जो काम की तलाश में अपने घर से काफी दूर दिल्ली, मुंबई जैसे बड़े शहरों का रुख करता है, ये लोग माइग्रेंट वर्कर्स यानी प्रवासी मजदूर कहलाते हैं. सरकार अब इन लोगों के लिए कम किराये वाली ट्रेन चलाने की योजना बना रही है. मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, रेल मंत्रालय लंबी दूरी के लिए जल्द ही नॉन-एसी ट्रेन चलाने की तैयारी में है. ये ट्रेन विशेष तौर पर कम आय वाले लोगों और प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए चलाई जाएंगी. जानकारी के मुताबिक, इन ट्रेनों का टिकट दूसरी ट्रेनों के मुकाबले सस्ता होगा.
