मेघालय का उमरोई इन दिनों भारतीय और फ्रांसीसी जवानों के युद्धकौशल की गवाही दे रहा है. 13 मई से यहां पर भारत और फ्रांस की सेनाओं ने सैन्य क्षमताओं को मजबूत करने के लिए युद्धाभ्यास ‘शक्ति’ की शुरुआत हुई है. यह दोनों सेनाओं के युद्धाभ्यास ‘शक्ति’ का सातवां संस्करण है.
