देश आज विजय दिवस मना रहा है. 1999 में हुई कारगिल की जंग में पाकिस्तान पर शानदार विजय की इस साल रजत जयंती मनाई जा रही है. साथ ही जीत का जश्न मनाया जा रहा है. इस अवसर पर द्रास में बने कारगिल वार मेमोरियल में शहीद जवानों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की जा रही है. खुद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज सुबह 9 बजकर 20 मिनट पर द्रास पहुंचने वाले हैं.
