हमारे देश में हर साल कई लोग सड़क के गड्ढों की वजह से हादसों के शिकार होते हैं. इनमें कई लोगों की तो जान तक चली जाती है. खासकर मॉनसून के सीजन के दौरान सड़कों पर गड्ढे बढ़ जाते हैं. इन गड्ढों को भरने के लिए सड़क निर्माण से जुड़ी सरकारी एजेंसियां वक्त-वक्त पर अभियान चलाती हैं फिर भी पूरी तरह से सड़कें गड्ढा मुक्त नहीं हो पातीं. ऐसा ही एक शहर हैं लखनऊ. जहां की सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त बनाने के लिए एक खास अभियान चलाया जा रहा है. जिसके तहत लोग सड़क के गड्ढों की शिकायत कर सकते हैं और दो दिनों के भीतर ही उसका निपटारा किए जाने का दावा भी किया जा रहा है.
