आज संसद के शुरू होते ही दोनों सदनों में जमकर हंगामा हुआ. संसद में राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर चर्चा होना तय था, लेकिन विपक्ष नीट पर चर्चा करने की मांग कर रहा था. राहुल स्पीकर से इस पर चर्चा कराने की मांग कर रहे थे, लेकिन तभी कांग्रेस सांसदों ने आरोप लगाया कि राहुल का माइक स्विच ऑफ कर दिया गया. हालांकि लोकसभा स्पीकर ने सफाई दी कि माइक बंद करने का इस तरह का कोई बटन उनके पास नहीं होता है. उधर, राज्यसभा में भी नीट पर चर्चा की मांग को लेकर हंगामा होता रहा. लिहाजा सदन को दिन भर के लिए स्थगित करना पड़ा.
