किसी भी डिजिटल पेमेंट के लिए आमतौर पर हमें OTP यानी वन टाइम पासवर्ड डालना होता है. ये एक वेरिफिकेशन सिस्टम है. जिससे ये पता लगाया जाता है कि पेमेंट कौन कर रहा है, यानी रजिस्टर्ड नंबर वाला शख्स ही ओटीपी डालकर पेमेंट कर सकता है. साइबर ठगों ने इसी ओटीपी के जरिए लाखों-करोड़ों रुपये लोगों से ठगे हैं.
For any digital payment, usually we have to enter OTP i.e. One Time Password. This is a verification system. By which it is ascertained who is making the payment, that is, only the person with the registered number can make the payment by entering the OTP. Cyber thugs have cheated people of lakhs and crores of rupees through this OTP.
