टेलीकॉम सेवा देने वाली कंपनियों पर निगरानी रखने वाली संस्था TRAI यानी टेलीकॉम रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया ने मोबाइल यूजर्स को अनचाही कॉल और मैसेज से छुटकारा दिलाने के लिए कदम उठाया है. सरकारी संस्था TRAI ने मोबाइल फोन पर स्पैम कॉल और मैसेज रोकने के लिए टेलीकॉम कंपनियों को नए निर्देश जारी किए हैं.
TRAI i.e. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, an organization that monitors telecom service providing companies, has taken steps to rid mobile users of unwanted calls and messages. Government organization TRAI has issued new instructions to telecom companies to stop spam calls and messages on mobile phones.
