आर्यन खान की जमानत पर, बुधवार को होगी अगली सुनवाई

मुंबई क्रूज ड्रग्स मामले में जेल में बंद शाहरुख खान के बेटे आर्यन खान को 13 अक्तूबर तक न्यायिक हिरासत में ही रहना होगा. अब इस मामले पर बुधवार को दोपहर 2.45 बजे सुनवाई होगी.  शुक्रवार को एक मजिस्ट्रेट ने उन्हें इस आधार पर जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया था कि एस्प्लेनेड अदालत के पास उसके आवेदन को सुनने का कोई अधिकार नही हैं. हालांकि अब इस केस की सुनवाई 13 अक्तूबर को विशेष एनडीपीएस कोर्ट में होगी। इधर NCB ने भी जवाब देने के लिए कोर्ट से समय मांगा है.

A Mumbai court has directed the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), which is investigating the Mumbai drugs case, to file its reply on Aryan Khan's bail plea by Wednesday. While the NCB has been directed to file its reply by 11 am on Wednesday, the hearing on Aryan Khan's bail plea is now scheduled to take place at 2.45 pm on the same day, Satish Maneshinde, Aryan Khan's lawyer, said on Monday.
