अयोध्या और ओरछा का करीब सौ साल पुराना नाता है. कहा जाता है कि 16 वीं शताब्दी में ओरछा के बुंदेला शासक मधुकरशाह की महारानी कुंवर गणेश अयोध्या से रामलला को ओरछा ले आईं थीं. अयोध्या में भले ही रामलला का जन्म हुआ हो लेकिन उनकी असली सरकार तो मध्यप्रेदश के निवाड़ी जिले के ओरछा में चलती है.
Ayodhya and Orchha have almost a hundred years old relationship. It is said that in the 16th century, Queen Kunwar Ganesh of Madhukarshah, the Bundela ruler of Orchha, had brought Ramlala from Ayodhya to Orchha. Even though Ramlala was born in Ayodhya, his real government runs in Orchha in Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh.
