पहाड़ों की बर्फबारी से मैदानी इलाकों में भी मौसम ठंडा हो गया है औऱ उसका असर भी देखने को मिल रहा है. कश्मीर घाटी में 40 दिनों का तक चलने वाला चिल्लई कलां आज से शुरु हो गया है. तापमान लगातार गिरता जा रहा है और कुछ ऐसा ही हाल देश के तमाम पहाड़ी इलाकों का भी है. गिरते पारे और कोहरे की सफेद चादर ने पहाड़ी इलाकों को अपनी जद में ले लिया है. जोशीमठ से औली तक ठंड अपने चरम पर पहुंच गई है. जोशीमठ में पारा शून्य से नीचे 2 डिग्री तक जा चुका है, जबकि औली में तापमान माइनस 5 तक गिर चुका है. देखिए तस्वीरें और जानिए मौसम विभाग क्या कह रहा है.

The weather in the plains has become cold due to the snowfall of the mountains. The 40-day long Chillai Kalan has started in the Kashmir Valley from today. The temperature is continuously falling and the same is true of all the hilly areas of the country. The cold has reached its peak from Joshimath to Auli.
