देशभर में जारी है नवरात्रि की तैयारी, मूर्तिकार प्रतिमाओं को दे रहे हैं अंतिम रूप

हर साल की तरह इस साल भी दुर्गा पूजा की तैयारी जोरशोर से चल रही है. कोरोना (Corona Guidelines) गाइडलाइन के अनुसार ये त्यौहार मनाया जाएगा. देश के हर क्षेत्र में स्थानीय कलाकार देवी प्रतिमा को अंतिम रूप देने में जुटे हैं. आज महालया से दुर्गा पूजा की शुरुआत हो जाती है. बंगाल के लोगों के लिए महालया का विशेष महत्‍व है और वह साल भर इस दिन की प्रतीक्षा करते हैं. महालया के साथ ही जहां एक तरफ श्राद्ध खत्‍म हो जाते हैं वहीं मान्‍यताओं के अनुसार इसी दिन मां दुर्गा धरती पर आगमन करती हैं और अगले 10 दिनों तक यहीं रहती हैं. देखें GNT एक्सप्रेस.
