यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति जेलेन्सकी ने रूस के खिलाफ EU से मदद मांगी है. उन्होंने कहा कि जो हथियार हमारे पास हैं, हम उन्हीं के सहारे लड़ रहे हैं और अपनी आजादी और यूरोप के भविष्य के लिए लड़ रहे हैं. हमें इस जंग को खत्म करना है और हम शांति चाहते हैं. जो चाहे वो हमारी मदद के लिए आगे आए, उन्होंने यूक्रेन को EU में शामिल करने और रूस को SWIFT संधि से बाहर करने की मांग की. उन्होंने कहा कि नया इतिहास लिखा जा रहा है. जेलेन्सकी ने इस सिलसिले में इटली के पीएम मारियो द्रागी से भी बात की.
