A recent report from a company called TomTom, which specializes in location technology, showed that London had the slowest traffic in 2023. During busy hours, the average speed in London was only 14 kilometers per hour. The report looked at 387 cities in 55 countries, measuring how traffic affected travel time, fuel costs, and carbon emissions using data from over 600 million car navigation systems.
